ABOUT

My name is Rachel Fermi. I’m a photographer/artist dividing time between personal work, commissions and teaching. I’m currently in Inverness, Scotland.

I studied photography at Derbyshire College of Higher Education (UK) and received an M.F.A. from Tyler School of Art, Philadelphia (USA). I teach photography and digital imaging at the University of the Highlands and Islands. I’ve also taught at Pasadena City College in California; Camden County College in New Jersey; and was the Mary Amelia Cummins Harvey Visiting Fellow Commoner at Girton College, Cambridge.
